Acted as Mustering Petty Officer for over 130 sailors in the Operational Support Unit. He exceeded standards, going beyond just taking muster, he made sure the respective Chiefs were updated on current events regarding individual sailors.
As the assistant Mustering Petty Officer, she collected, gathered, and submitted mustering documents, maintaining 100% accountability despite complex and constantly changing working conditions.
He also served as Muster Petty Officer, accounting for approximately 50 sailors for each drill weekend without error.

AS MUSTERING PETTY OFFICER, NROWS COORDINATOR, AND RESPAY PETTY OFFICER FOR NAVY CARGO HANDLING BATTALION EIGHT CHARLIE COMPANY, PETTY OFFICER SMYTHE DEVOTED OVER 100 HOURS OF HIS OFF-DUTY TIME COORDINATING AND SUBMITTING AT/ADT/IDTT ORDERS FOR OVER 70 UNIT PERSONNEL OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS. THIS DIRECTLY RESULTED IN OVER 95 PERCENT OF THE UNIT ATTENDING AT. LS1 SMYTHE INVESTED AND RESOLVED OVER 40 PAY AND EDM DISCREPANCIES, ENSURING MEMBERS WERE PAID IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Assumed the duties of Watch bill coordinator and Mustering petty officer. He managed and assigned 28 personnel to daily WATCHBILLS for the JMAST Entry Control Point (ECP) and Support Helpdesk. He also took responsibility for maintaining a Recall Bill for 16 JMAST reservist SAILORS supporting IMCMEX-16. Sponsoring INCOMING SAILORS, conducting DAILY MUSTER and providing transportation to and from the airport, ET2 WANDA ensured a positive and safe ENVIRONMENT for his fellow SAILORS.

PETTY OFFICER TREVINO CONTINUALLY TAKES ON EXTRA LEADERSHIP DUTIES, SERVING AS DET MOBILIZATION MANAGER FOR 28 MEMBERS OF DET 2227 AND TRACKING AND COORDINATING MEMBER REQUIREMENTS FOR MOBILIZATION, WITH 100 PERCENT COMPLETION RATE FOR ALL DET MEDICIAL, DENTAL AND PRE-MOBILIZATION TRAINING REQUIREMENTS.
