Demonstrating extraordinary leadership, intrusive mentorship and a remarkable ability to plan and coordinate efforts between Ships Force, Naval Intermediate Maintenance Facility, and Squadron 17, he ensured USS ATOM (SSN-127) received the highest quality of intermediate level maintenance throughout the successful completion of over 1300 jobs, including two refits and one voyage repair period totaling over 100,000 man hours. In addition he coordinated maintenance efforts between Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Naval Intermediate Maintenance Facility and Weapons Facility Pacific, to complete the USS ATOM (SSN-127) ahead of schedule for their recent Engineering Refuel Overhaul.
As Nuclear Information Technician, she pushed the throttles to All Ahead Flank and stayed there. She was a positive force for change within the squadron, aboard its subordinate units, and the Navy. Helped alleviate technical issues, drove improvements in training and qualifications, and implemented creative solutions. Her attitude and willingness to volunteer epitomizes Navy values.
Provided 1,150,000 gallons of pure water to submarines in order to maintain water inventory. Integral part of seven CD-23 installs and uninstalls. Completed 278 maintenance actions.

- COMMITTED DECKPLATE LEADER. Led and mentored 3 CPOs and 19 Sailors in the training
management for 1,400 Sailors. Inspired cooperation and focus on mission accomplishment by
leveraging the talent of all Sailors and civilian personnel in the execution of Corrunand
Indoc, Barracks Inspections, training, schools, and PQS Audits. Active member of the CRT,
he incorporated and inspired change during the Command Climate Assessment process and focus
groups, promoted equality, diversity, and cultural competency.
- CPO MESS CONTRIBUTOR. Served as FY-20 Chief Selectee Leadership Course, Training, PQS
and Fund Raising Committee Chairs for 16 selectees and 163 Mess members.
- COMMAND WIDE LEADERSHIP IMPACT. Proactive in the development of our leaders, organized
Petty Officer Leadership Indoctrination for 85 Sailors, and Fleet Forces CPO Leadership
course for 124 CPOs and 311 First Class Petty Officers.

AS CENTRALIZED WORK CONTROL TEAM LEAD, PETTY OFFICER XXXXXXX DEMONSTRATED OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF WORK INTEGRATION PROGRAMS. HE PERSONALLY TRAINED 20 SHIPMATES IN ALL ASPECTS OF WORK CONTROL. HIS TEAM COMPLETED ARRIVAL PREPARATIONS, COORDINATED INTIAL SWITCHBOARD DEENERGIZATION, ORCHESTRATED 150 SYSTEM TAKEDOWNS AND ALTERED ISOLATIONS FOR 760 WORK AUTHORIZATIONS TO ENSURE SAFE RESTORATION OF SWITCHBOARDS. UNDER HIS GUIDANCE, 2650 WORK AUTHORIZATIONS HAVE BEEN ADMINISTERED FOR 12 ACTIVITIES ACCOMPLISHING OVER 7,000 WORK ITEMS.

She descoped numerous contaminated repair items including a ventilation system replacement job that saved the Navy over 1 million dollars in nuclear contractor fees.
Reviewed and updated 360 Safety of Ship packages and 77 Safety of Ship WAFs, increasing ease of use and reducing critical delays.
She contributed significantly to the success of Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department as the nuclear test equipment Leading Petty Officer.
As Nuclear Repair Leading Petty Officer for Nuclear Repair Maintenance Department (NRMD) New London, safely completed six primary relief valve tests and a Steam Generator D/P cell replacement.
