As Reactor Laboratories Leading petty officer of 18 Engineering laboratory technicians. he led his division through finishing the USS Gerald R. Ford 2025/2026 deployment, ranging from operations for Southern Spear to Epic Fury and transitioning to shipyard availability.




Displayed exceptional leadership as leading ELT; his commitment to transparency in operations and training resulted in the successful completion of four major key events in the construction of IDAHO. Guided five ELTs through leading ELT qualifications, building the future of the nuclear Navy. As the Engineering Department Qualification Assistant, he managed the completion of over 125 individual qualifications in the span of one year and oversaw the implementation and completion of over 100 individual qualification upgrades, directly contributing to IDAHO's historic completion of critical plant testing, and preparing to deliver her to the fleet.




Demonstrated superior watchstanding ability and exceptional leadership during a demanding deployment, directly contributing to the safe operation of the ship's nuclear propulsion plant. His leadership and technical acumen were instrumental in achieving an EXCELLENT grade on the ship's most recent Operational Reactor Safeguards Examination.

His technical expertise and vigilant watchstanding ensured the safe operation of the nuclear propulsion plant in support of sustained forward presence. His steadfast performance contributed directly to the ship's mission success and operational readiness.




Instructor for C/900T and an Electrician for C/990 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. While an instructor, conducted critical training in the Nuclear Quality Control program, teaching approximately 400 hours between basic and refresher courses. When the pandemic hit the shipyard, stepped up to provide needed support to the drydocks by standing watch, allowing millions of dollars in contractor work to be done that otherwise would be cancelled. As an Electrician, he provided much needed support to x99 Pure Water to ensure that ships were able to receive water for critical evolutions such as hot operations and deployments on schedule.

Her exceptional knowledge and unwavering commitment to reactor safety enabled the ship to project power and maintain combat readiness throughout the deployment. Her efforts ensured propulsion plant reliability under demanding operational conditions.




Engineering Watch Supervisor during a Western Pacific deployment. Her leadership and technical proficiency ensured flawless operation of the propulsion plant while mentoring junior operators in sound engineering practices. Her efforts directly supported the ship's sustained operations and combat readiness.




As worksite supervisor for RLW tank inspections onboard USS EMORY S. LAND and USS FRANK CABLE, spent over 300 hours training, mocking up and preparing for tank inspections. Spent 221 hours performing tank inspections to extend the nuclear capabilities of both tenders by another 6 years.




Reactor Operator during the ship's Operational Reactor Safeguards Examination. Her flawless execution of reactor plant procedures and her technical precision directly contributed to the ship achieving an EXCELLENT grade. Her watchstanding excellence demonstrated mastery of reactor fundamentals and brought great credit upon the Engineering Department.




Reviewed 365 Safety of Ship packages, 83 Safety of Ship WAFs, performed 28 Controlled Ballasting evolutions, 8 hours of preavailability training, and 1 submarine dry docking evolution.
