- ELITE TRAINER. As Security Training LPO, She led 4 AT TRASUPs, and two SAMIs executing 4 BTL classes. Her efforts resulted in training resulted in training and qualification of 65 ISF members. As Antiterrorism Training Team Leader, managed 196 training records consisting of ISF/NSF personnel and Antiterrorism Tactical Watch Officers. Developed and executed 25 NCO's exercise drills as ATT/ITT team member resulting in a score of 91% during CNAF TYCOM Phase II-IV certification.
- DRIVEN LEADER. As Section LPO, she was one of two MA1s hand selected to supervise two sections. She led 36 NSF and 64 ISF Sailors in all aspects of Antiterrorism/Force Protection, Law Enforcement and Physical Security onboard USS Nimitz. Oversaw the completion of 36 Law Enforcement cases, 98 Random Antiterrorism measures, 630 restriction personnel musters, and 10,230 hours of Good Order & Discipline checks.
- EXPERT COORDINATOR. As Command ESWS Test coordinator, conducted hands-on training and tracked the progress of 200 Sailors resulting in the qualification of 25 Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialists.
