- SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT: While TAD supporting the USS Lewis B. Puller, he effectively CASCOR'd two persistent CASREP's for GCCS-M and Agile Client through his meticulous troubleshooting efforts. In addition, he trained 13 personnel onboard the Lewis B. Puller on operating procedures, troubleshooting efforts, and continuity plans. His efforts alone contributed to 130-man hours of training on board the LBP resulting in clear and concise operational picture within the COMFIFTHFLT AOR.
- LEADERSHIP: He quickly qualified SWO as only one of two E-6 Senior Watch Officers fulfilling the watch responsibilities of a Naval Officer. He trained and qualified 5 additional SWO's, 4 Battle Watch Captains and his key contributions to the IOC academy set the standards for watch floor etiquette and operational requirement procedures.
- COMMAND IMPACT: As the IOC Watch bill coordinator, he created a flourishing watch floor operational scheme with zero mishaps. In addition, he trained all watch standers within COPS on Agile Client and GCCS-M operations. His impact on the command can be reflected by his leadership and level of knowledge.
- EXPERT OPERATOR: Managed over 330 Integrated Operation Center Briefs, provided over 2,800 critical reports directly to the Commanding General, two Combatant Commands, and 10 subordinate units. His efforts contributed 1400 hours of operating the IOC with zero discrepancies and 100% success to the TF 51/5 daily operations in USCENTCOM AOR. RSCA: 3.98.

During his time onboard, he directed the preparations in 4 functional areas prior to the RE 6 and RE 7 inspections and oversaw and executed SNOOPIE Team training, while personally supervising the drafting and release of all messages leaving MONSOON.

Petty Officer Rollins supervised and executed the preparations for CTF-55 Ready For Operations underway that included the building of HOT BOXES for gunfire events as well as the creation and dissemination of all lessons learned and intelligence products to the SAG C. Acting as OPS Zone Inspection POIC, Tiger Team Leader, and Bearing Book Recorder for every Sea and Anchor Evolution, OS2 has increased MONSOON's readiness by allowing other Sailors to qualify in higher watch stations.
-COMMUNITY INVOLVMENT. OS2 volunteered over 45 hours during liberty to NSA Bahrain MWR. He participated in events including the Easter Egg Extravaganza, Color Run 2019, and MLK Marathon. His involvement crossed international lines when he assisted with beach clean ups and off base beautification events in support of community outreach programs with local organizations.

As ICO, he maintained the tactical data picture onboard RAMAGE during a C6F/C5F Ballistic Missile Defense deployment and was directly responsible for establishing multi-link operations with the Royal Navy and the Royal Saudi Navy, strengthening our ally relationships. As CICWS he trained and mentored 19 junior sailors and four officers increasing operational readiness. LEADERSHIP. As the MARIANAS ISLAND RANGE COMPLEX OPERATIONS Leading Petty Officer he oversaw and directed the execution of all required tasks and training. Under his leadership junior personnel were able to quickly comprehend assignments, increasing their knowledge and overall capabilities as schedulers.
COMMAND IMPROVEMENT. Volunteered 9 hours of landscaping and painting at Joint Region Marianas Headquarters resulting in a more dignified appearance of the compound.

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP: Led 45 personnel in spearheading the completion of 18,066 PMS checks for three work centers. Responsible for the corrective and preventative maintenance of 32 virtual servers, 12 server racks, 4 backbone switches, and 23 edge switches across 3 networks supporting 2 multi-national exercises and 8 embarked commanders.
EFFECTIVE RESPONSE: During a shipwide NIPR services outage, committed 32 hours to restoring a Proxy Server resulting in the restoration of NIPR services to 1,500 customers and 7 embarked commanders during the 2018 RIMPAC exercise. His technical expertise responsible for resolution of 9 Local Area Network casualties and 7 CASREPs.
TEAM LEADER: As Repair Locker 7 Damage Control Training Team (DCTT) Member, trained 34 personnel in 17 Fire, Flooding, and Structural Casualty Condition II repair party drills and 4 General Quarters drills. As EIWS board member, dedicated 84 hours to training and board time for 53 Sailors resulting in 40 EIWS qualifications.
NAVBASE POINT LOMA Emergency Management Team. Petty Officer Knuckles trained over 150 personnel in the use of 6 complex computer systems and local procedures. Demonstrating maturity and sound judgment, her operation of the Giant Voice system led to the orderly and succesful completion of 22 extensive Emergency Operations Center drills. Her foresight and resourcefulness contributed to the smooth transition of the Emergency Operations Center from a 12-hour watch to a 24-hour watch.
Provided an exceptional mix of technical and tactical expertise with the tact and insightful leadership required to successfully execute Multi-National operations. A flawless planner whose operational expertise and ability to plan and direct Combined/Joint exercises is on par with that of senior officers, he was key to successful execution of PANAMAX, IA11 and the planning of major TSC missions. Additionally as a Maritime Operations Center watchstander, he established and implemented improved training baselines and oversaw the qualification process of Battle Watch Information Managers, GCCS Data Base Managers, and civilian Assistant Battle Watch Captains, resulting in much greater watch efficiency.
Crisis Action Team member during Exercise HURREX/CITADEL GALE 13. OSC Dennis served as RFA/RFI/RFF Manager displaying the status of request for assistance, information and forces. This real time display was critical for the CAT team to maintain situational awareness in a very fluid operating environment. Information gathered and displayed was utilized to prepare daily briefs to USFF and CAT teams.

Chief Petty Officer Johnson implemented necessary management techniques and concepts to oversee the scheduling and deconfliction of over 2200 Surface and Air events and 3 large scale exercises such as JTFEX, SEASWITI, COPTUEX, AND 5 live fire missile exercises.
