Managed and took charge of Supply's warehouse comprised of more than 9500 combined Repairable and Consumable line item that are valued at more than 150 million dollars. Noticing flaws in the current configuration of the warehouse layout, LSC developed and executed a plan to more efficiently arrange the warehouse. He and his Team implemented a process improvement plan, eliminating circuitous processes and improving supply response time with regard to issue and storage of aircraft material. He identified and relocated more than 550 inadequately stowed line items which prevented any future erroneous Not-in-Stock (NIS) shortcomings.




She rapidly improved performance while serving as the Leading Petty Officer for the supply warehouse. She led 12 enlisted personnel in a variety of facets of logistical support to deployed squadrons. Was instrumental during her deployment to CENTCOM AOR as the combat support supply division. She displayed outstanding initiative and technical skill, foresight and logistical expertise resulting in the accurate execution of a $9.4M budget for CRG-2 and six subordinate units.




Managed a total of four divisions in the Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 26 (MALS-26) Aviation Supply Department, to include both consumable and repairable warehouses. His objective leadership of over 75 Marines was unparalleled and his efforts resulted in the successful management of over $300 million in Aviation Material. He expedited and tracked the requisition of over 3,400 aircraft downing parts while leading the Supply Response Division.




Flawlessly managed the supply department warehouse's shipping and receiving section. Provided exceptional support for 4 Companies and 8 platoons composed of over 450 personnel in 12 locations worldwide.




Organized and inventoried over 350 pieces of equipment in the Visual Information Command's warehouse which resulted in a savings of over 200 man hours and an increase in the division's overall efficiency.




Served as Enlisted IT Warehouse Supervisor, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland and directed the audit and upload of 12,400 System Access Authorization Requests (SAAR) to enforce accceptable use policy on Navy and Joint Medical Networks throughout Walter Reed's 11 clinics and 31 satellite locations across the eastern United States.




As a Warehouse Rep, she received and verified over 100 items that directly impacted the day to day operations of the clinic. She also conducted numerous on-hand inventories to ensure 100 percent accuracy of the warehouse inventory with zero discrepencies.




While Deployed to Kuwait, LS2 supervised 6 junior Marines in operating a Supply Warehouse in support of SUPCEN-I. He also assisted in the operation and maintenance of a complete Motorpool containing HMMWVE, MAT-V, 5 Ton, and 20K Tram. He was directly responsible for over 1600 parts being ordered and transported from ArfJan and delivered to Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait.




As Warehouse Clerk, he aided in the shipment of 85 Bill Of Material requests worth $10 million to over 100,000 Marines and Sailors supporting Annual training exercises for MARFORRES. HM1 increased the readiness rate for MARFORRES from 55% to 98% in 2019 by separating and conducting individual inventories on 8 Authorized Dental Allowance Lists (ADAL). He assisted in reutilizing 278 dental hand pieces, saving the Navy over $147,000.




As one of only three warehouse Logistic Specialists in Navy Medicine's sole level three trauma center, he coordinated with 200 Supply Petty Officers to ensure the receipt, stowage, and delivery of $12.5M of medical and dental supplies across the command. He ensured 100% accuracy in the daily reporting of $45k critical Personal Protective Equipment and assisted in the proper disposal of 1,251 property items that resulted in a $2M command cost avoidance and 100% mission sustainment.




As warehouse custodian, he scheduled, planned, and executed the timely delivery of appliances to 480 off-base residence customers with zero major mishap incidents and a 60% reduced wait time.




As Automotive Repair Parts warehouse supervisor, LS2 distinguished herself among our Navy's best and brightest rising stars! She was responsible for the custody of over 12,000 line items valued at over $420k. Her managerial expertise and attention to detail ensured the timely receipt, issue, stowing, and processing of 326 line items for Alfa Company and six detachment sites.
