Physical Security Officer Evals


UNWAVERING VIGILANCE. As the Physical Security Officer, MA1 Jacobs effectively managed physical security for 43 tenant commands spanning two Philadelphia sites. As a Watch Commander, his dedication and initiative led to a 50 percent increase in qualifications while raising the installations' security posture through the implementation of Physical Security and Law Enforcement training for 20 Sailors and 59 DON Civilian Police Officers.
EFFECTIVE MANAGER. As ATTT Coordinator, MA1 led the successful execution of 13 complex drill sets during ATTT and ITT events for the Regional Assessment and the Final Evaluation Problem, earning a passing score of 88% for NSA Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex, the first time ever passing FEP in the installation's history!
COMMUNITY ASSET. As the Urinalysis Program Coordinator, he ensured strict procedural compliance for eight UICs and oversaw the migration from a stand alone program to the new web based platform. His meticulous management of the Access Control and Key and Lock Programs gained recognition from CNIC, USFF and Navy Region Mid-Atlantic.




Camp Billy Machen's Physical Security Officer. His outstanding leadership ensured the safety and security of 15 Million dollars worth of Arms, Ammunition and Explosives located across 16,000 acres. He also assisted three Naval Special Warfare Commands, USMC, and three foreign nations with range control operations during training. His role in training resulted in five successful Medevac operations.

Displayed outstanding leadership and management skills as the physical security specialist and designated Access Control Officer. His dedication to the mission ensured the return of 15,000 dollars in stolen government property and zero unauthorized access to secured spaces.
